Hi, Just wanted you to know how pleased my Mother was with the Bloomberg washing machine that i purchased from you on Saturday. I would like to Thank you, to who ever took the call and the delivery lads for a first class service.I see the washing machine in your shop and admired the price and appearance, on thinking “yea when my machine gives up the ghost i am never able to get such a bargain” as you had within your shop on Saturday, then having just got home i had a call from my Mother to say her washing machine went up in smoke. I immediately phoned your shop where the guy talked me into the most suitable machine and allowed me to pay C.O.D with out even eyeballing me, then offered to deliver within 1/2 hour. My Mother was impressed how quick they changed over to her new machine, AND took the time to check it was working, and gave instructions how to use it , and the icing on the cake was they even disposed of the old machine. WHAT MORE COULD WE ASK FOR! BRILLIANT SERVICE, YOU TURNED A SATURDAY HEADACHE IN TO A NO PROBLEM ISSUE. Thank you once again for the excellent service. A. Foad. 18 November 2013.
